What sizes and materials do you offer for puzzles?

Our best-sellers are 500 and 1000-piece puzzles, printed on premium wood (~1.2–1.8 mm). Colors are vibrant with a matte, glare-reduced finish.

What image quality do you recommend?

Upload a sharp photo, ideally 300 DPI and at least 2500 px on the shortest side. Avoid dark, blurry, or heavily compressed images. Our preview tool helps you frame the perfect crop.

Can I get a preview before printing?

Yes. The on-site preview shows the crop and layout. For special requests, contact us right after checkout and we’ll run a quick manual check before production starts.

Do you offer bundles or gift options?

Absolutely. Our best value is the Bundle: custom puzzle + matching poster + greeting card. You can add a gift message at checkout.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How fast do you ship?

We dispatch orders within 24 hours (business days). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves our facility.

How long is delivery?

Average transit time is 3–4 business days. During peak season, local carrier delays may add 1–2 days.

What are your holiday cut-off dates?

For Christmas delivery, please order by our published holiday cut-off on the product page (varies by country). Missed the date? Choose our digital gift card for instant delivery by email.

Do you ship internationally? Taxes & duties?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Taxes are shown at checkout where applicable. Import duties (if any) are charged by your local customs and are the customer’s responsibility.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Can I return or cancel a personalized order?

Because each item is made uniquely for you, personalized products are final sale. We cannot accept returns or cancellations once production has begun.

What if my item arrives damaged or with a print issue?

We’ll make it right. Contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos. We will arrange a free replacement or a refund if the product is faulty.

Can I change the shipping address after purchase?

We start production quickly. If you need to update details, contact us within 2 hours of ordering—changes after that are not guaranteed.
